By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the TOS.

Paypal and USD only. NO NFT/Cryptocurrencies or any related matters to it at present and future.

I DO NOT permit my work to be used in markets that make use of blockchain technology. This includes any form of cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), past, present, or future.

I DO NOT permit my work to be used and fed to AI applications and anything related, past, present, or future.

I have the right to refuse a commission.

You CANNOT trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form (i.e. painting over a specific portion of the drawing) without my permission.

Please credit me properly for your commission as "kopibit" (Twittter/Twitch: @kopibit) and do not claim the art as your own work.

Personal and Commercial use are offered and will have different pricing.

Commissions that are for personal use cannot be sold or used for merchandise.

I will inform the client or give updates on my Twitter if there will be delays.

Complex designs/more details will have additional charge.

No refunds once I have received payment so please think carefully before you decide to commission! Refunds will only be given if I can't work on your commission.

Full payment upfront. Once details have been agreed on, you may send me your PayPal email to receive an invoice.

Live2d commissions/VTuber design commissions are for commercial use. In case of rebranding, please contact me to discuss possible transfers etc.

If your character has no design yet (written-based or collected images only for the wanted look), that is considered a design commission and will fall under designing commission.

I reserve the right to showcase/stream/post WIPs of the commissioned work on my social media platforms & portfolio. The client may request for the artwork to be private if desired until the debut.

Revisions are limited to 2 times (for designing) and 3 times (live2d model) and proceeding revisions will incur a 10% fee per change.

I will inform the client or give updates on my Twitter if there will be delays.

If the client would like to be bumped up in the list/requests for a rushed order, the additional fees are as follows: Half-body = $200; Full body = $300

Turnaround time for model: 1-2 months (Including revision time) from when it's started.

I require the client to direct their chosen rigger to coordinate with me. I will do my best to adjust accordingly to the rigger's comfort and preference.
